Chianti Wine Tour
On our Chianti wine tour you will enjoy a comprehensive introduction to the region and its local products while visiting two of the area’s best estates. As you sample the signature tipples, you’ll learn about the art of tasting and pairing with food.
Villa le Corti
Our first stop of the day is at a beautiful winery belonging to one of our prestigious Italian aristocratic families. Here we taste three wines paired with salumi (cured meats) – but first, there’s a fascinating guided tour of the historic cellars and the olive mill, which we will reach through underground tunnels that pass beneath the villa
Rignana
Now buckle up and get ready for some off-roading through ancient woodlands and rolling hills. Hop aboard ‘the Beast’ and take in the beautiful scenery, from the cypress trees to the rustic farms and churches, as we make our way to Rignana, a typical Tuscan restaurant and winery with stunning views. Get your taste buds ready for lunch of delicious food and red wine (and a blind olive oil tasting). You won’t want to leave!

Poggio Torselli
The adventure continues as we continue our drive through the incredible countryside on our way to our final stop of the day. Here you will take a tour of the impressive villa and hear about some incredible events that have happened here during the last 600 years and the famous families who have lived here. There will be time to relax and walk around the stunning grounds, soaking in the unique beauty and views, whilst learning more about wine before you sit for the final tasting of three wines paired with cheese. The perfect end to a truly unforgettable day.

Amazing Vineyard Tour

Our tour guide, Alessandro, was amazing! We could not have asked for a better guide. The food, vineyards, wine, history, and hospitality are the things which stick out the most for me in this experience. Alessandro made us feel as if we were members of his family and went the extra mile in providing fantastic service. My father does not drink and he was so happy he attended the tour as there is so much to learn about besides the wine. I will definitely be recommending this tour to all friends, family, and everyone else for that matter!

Tour was amazing. As we drove to the Chianti region we learned about the pertinent history of the area and the wine. The truck was very comfortable and handled some of the less maintained roads well. All of the food and wine was great and the vineyards were beautiful. Lavi and Roberto were both great the whole day.

We did this tour while staying in Florence for our honeymoon trip. This is a MUST DO. we had Lovelia as our guide and Enrico as our driver. Lovelia (Lavi) is exceptional and we were in awe of the history we learned about the region (Atruscan history, wine and olive oil). So personable and easy to follow. The villas and restaurant are breathtaking.

Tour guide, food & wine were all great! Title and photos however are misleading - it is not a “safari” nor is the vehicle pictured what was utilized. It was just a standard motorcoach. While it didn’t change my enjoyment of the day, there are many other tours that would offer the same experience at a lesser cost.

This was wonderful tour. Alex was personable, full of wonderful information and very kind. I have a bit of an injured knee and he was there at every instance of stairs or small hikes to check on me. Every stop on the tour was a singular experience of beauty, information, and great wine with no sales or marketing pressure. Incredible day! Lavi our guide was very informative and fun, and the wine and food was incredible. Included a tour of a millionaire’s villa and a breathtaking patio lunch. Great opportunity to experience a different side of Tuscany, 10/10 recommend. Also shout out to Labi our driver who deftly navigated the right turns and hills. All wine aficionados staying in Florence; this is a must!

There is not so much walking involved in this tour and you will be transported by a 4WD vehicle.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We suggest that you dress seasonally in comfortable to dressy-casual.
HOW MUCH TIME DO WE SPEND ON THE VEHICLE?
We have arranged an itinerary so that you will never spend too long on the vehicle. The longest ride of the day is about an hour.
DOES YOUR BUS HAVE A WASHROOM?
Our vehicle does not have a washroom. However the day is very well divided so that you are never too far from washrooms.
IS THE TOUR SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN?
With the tour being focused on wine & fine food we believe that this tour is not appropriate for children of any age. The minimum age is 18.
WE ARE CATCHING A TRAIN AFTER THE TOUR, CAN WE BRING OUR LUGGAGE WITH US?
Unfortunately we do not have the possibility to store luggage on the vehicle.
